By accessing and using MyAddo's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

These Terms govern your use of myaddo.com (the "Service"), operated by MyAddo ("us," "we," or "our").

2. Description of Service

MyAddo provides cross-border trade solutions, including but not limited to:

  • International logistics and shipping coordination
  • Customs clearance and compliance support
  • Market entry and expansion consulting
  • Distribution and retail placement services
  • Trade documentation and regulatory assistance

Unless expressly stated in writing, MyAddo does not act as the importer or exporter of record.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

  • For any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
  • To violate U.S., Mexican, South Korean, or international trade laws and regulations
  • To infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • To submit false, misleading, or fraudulent trade documentation
  • To distribute harmful code, spam, or malicious activity
  • To interfere with security or operational integrity of the Service

Third-Party Providers

Our services may involve third-party logistics companies, customs brokers, or government agencies. MyAddo is not responsible for their actions, delays, or compliance failures.

6. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due within thirty (30) days of invoice.

Late payments may incur interest and service suspension.

All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its content remain the exclusive property of MyAddo and its licensors. Our trademarks, logos, and trade dress may not be used without prior written consent.

8. Compliance Disclaimer

While MyAddo provides guidance and support, compliance with trade laws and regulations (including customs, tariffs, export controls, and taxes) is the responsibility of each customer.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • MyAddo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profit, business interruption, or regulatory penalties).
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyAddo, its affiliates, officers, and employees from claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of applicable laws.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you breach these Terms. You may request account deletion by contacting us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, seated in Delaware, USA.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified at least thirty (30) days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
